Lead the design team responsible for HP Instant Services, HP’s subscription services for ink, toner, and paper — one of HP’s highest-growth businesses, serving millions of subscribers worldwide.

  • Build and manage a team of designers, establishing team culture, processes, and design standards
  • Guide the design of the full customer lifecycle, from enrollment and onboarding through account management and retention, across web, mobile, and printer touchpoints
  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and data teams to align design work to business priorities and user needs
  • Led the Vancouver Design Studio, a 20-person studio within HP’s Global Experience Design Group, including planning and executing the move into a purpose-built space with a redesigned UX research lab and reconfigurable test environments

Led design for next-generation print ecosystem experiences, with a focus on SMB customer setup flows and connected device integration across HP’s emerging product portfolio.

Led UX design for the out-of-box setup experience across HP’s home and small office printer lineup — including OfficeJet Pro, inkjet, and laser models — spanning hardware, mobile, and web touchpoints, reducing setup time from approximately one hour to under five minutes across multiple product lines.

Led a highly collaborative team of interaction designers and usability professionals in the design of mobile, web, and desktop applications for enterprise customers worldwide.
