- Guide the design of the full customer lifecycle, from enrollment and onboarding through account management and retention, across web, mobile, and printer touchpoints

- Led the Vancouver Design Studio, a 20-person studio within HP’s Global Experience Design Group, including planning and executing the move into a purpose-built space with a redesigned UX research lab and reconfigurable test environments
